I have a '02 XLT with the 5.4. I was wondering how much work it would take to convert it from an automatic to a manual?


And maybe a list of parts to do it?


Or is it to much work and I should just forget about it?

From what I've heard, the transmissions Ford used then wore out synchros faster than Aerosmith wore out the Mullet
