... I traded my 2010 Lariat for a 2012 FX2, then white plasti dipped the emblems.

u guys are crazy! where do yall live. here in iowa chrome is what looks good. i live in a town of 3 or 4 thousand people none have blacked out trucks. around here you see a blacked out truck and everyone including me thinks yuck. call me old fashioned but theres nothing better than a chromed out flashy truck! i hardly ever see any all black rims even! to each there own i guess...

Chrome is nice when done right. When cheaply done (Walmart stick on badges) it looks bad. Especially those stupid chrome pillars. I like my chrome how it is. (If only it were lower maintenance)

Agreed.everyone one on here all they have or know is a a black Fx4 blacked out,with black wheels i meen its your money and your truck do what u want but if u think Ur truck with the "murdered" out look is unique to this forum you better look around cuz everyone at least i see has the all blackout look.now to me there's nothing prettier then a clean truck with with a nice chrome grill and a nice set of wheels :classy: ........ btw don't get mad its just my opinion.
