How to use rewards points for service ?

Default How to use rewards points for service ?

I have 42000 points to use .. if i take my truck in for inspection can I pay for it with some of the points ?
whats the process ?
and I understood if you don’t use after a year you loose them ??

I'll be following this. Great question! I have like 190,000 points and wanting to know how to use em. My local dealership is shut down

sales is shut down but service SHOULD be open

It's the opposite here. Sales is by appointment only and service is shut down. This started about a week or so ago. I got my truck back the day before they shut down. 14,900 in damage from a freakin deer. That's how I got so many points.

that doesn’t make sense to shut service down .. what state are you in

Well I tried to do a screen shot of my dealers website but it didn't go through but yeah I just checked again sales by appointment and all other departments closed

I got my new truck last week and once I added it to ford pass I was credited the 42k points. Did some digging and all you have to do is tell your dealer when scheduling that you want to use your points towards your bill.
The 42k covers your first 3 scheduled maintenance - oil change/ tire rotation. So they should not expire.

I found a list of participating dealers so google or just call/ask your dealer if they are part of the program.

you can also use the points toward accessories. I think the 42k points equals out to $210 (don’t quote
me on that)
