hajha ya not with a short box and long track sled but if you have a 6.5 and a 153 or smaller it looks more normal

3-400 lbs you'll be fine. I have a 6.5 bed and haul 2x's quite a bit on the gate for my daily runs to the lumber yard.
Never seen a distorted Ford gate from weight on it. Seen them distorted from guys backing into stuff when the gate is down though.
