As it turns out, doesn't look people living in much of the northeast can buy/register new vehicles without "California Emissions"

Several states are on the list, including at least a couple you might not expect, like Arizona and Florida. So, unfortunately many of us can't buy in Texas.

Here's a page I found that shows which states require the "CA emissions" option: http://mde.maryland.gov/programs/Air...es/states.aspx

Based on some looking, Koons Ford in MD (about 2 hours from my in-laws near Philly) might be my best chance at finding an F150 with $10k+ off total MSRP. Seems like most dealers in New England, NY and NJ aren't doing the deeper discounting.

I'm in the same spot as the OP. Looking for a 14 but one that's way off MSRP. Have found some good deals but not enough to make me do it just yet. Grapevine Ford has some good deals, not enough for me yet. If anyone else sees anything great let us know

got $8500 off my FX2 from Autonation Ford in Arlington, TX. That's with the family of an employee discount and zero haggling.

No affiliation, just an example. This place moves the most trucks of any dealer in MN.

25.5% off MSRP

Any thoughts out there?
Got 10k off mine last month. Sticker was $44,800.

Got $11,800 off at Fairway Ford a couple months ago. Easy process and good people. Did everything over the phone before I even left my house.
