How much off MSRP?
Looking at 2014 XLT Screw w/ 5.0. How much off TOTAL MSRP (the bottom line on the sticker, not the "msrp" before discounts on sticker) would you consider a good deal right now? I'm thinking minimum of $8,000 is what I want off MSRP, but not sure if that's what I'll be able to get.
Any thoughts out there?

Mine was $12,600 off msrp, but Canadian msrp is a little bit higher, while the Can$ is a bit lower. I am seeing better deals in Ontario now than when I bought in April.

20% to 30%. 25% is quite typical.

I got $10,000 off plus another 2k since I bought another car and financed though my bank, for a 2013 6.2L 4x4 Platinum F-150.

I was able to get 15K off a fully loaded 2014 FX4, knew the dealer and salesmen very well though, and my parents have always purchased from them. Not bad for a first time vehicle purchase.

Ok, those are some great deals. Anyone in Mass (or even NH or RI) that is aware of any dealers giving these type of deals?
I won't out the dealer but recently got nowhere close on an XLT...they wouldn't budge past $6-7K, so I walked. Of course, I'll try a few others but any advice on dealers that want "to deal" and make a sale are appreciated!
Feel free to PM. And thanks in advance!

I bought a 2014 XLT screw that MSRP was 41,635 and got it for 30,759. It would have been 750 less if I had traded something in on it. Get on Grapevine Ford and look at inventory and click the button for the "Get eprice" Not all trucks are on sale, but most are. Good luck.
