How to make my raptor grill lights flash?
Saw a similar thread to this, but they guy was asking for a very different reason, and the thread didn't really fit why I'm asking.
I am in insurance inspector, and every once in a while I have to pull onto the sidewalks or side of the rode to do my inspections. I want to make my raptor lights flash as a warning indicator. Like some construction trucks have the lights at each corner. It is legal for me to have them, a lot of inspectors have them. Don't want to add more lights, because I like the look of my truck as is, but do want to be able to use the lights for that situation.
I have the Paramount Raptor grill if that matters. Are the lights that come with that kit good enough? What would I need to make them flash?

While we aren't exactly lighting/wiring experts and I could be mistaken, you probably would need a resistor and capacitor wired into those lights to get them to flash and have that wired into your hazards.
It's a good concept overall very interested to see how you can go about doing this!
Best of luck!

You could do it with an Arduino very easily.

As long as your lights are LED, you can use an actual emergency vehicle flash unit.
Here is one rated up to 3A from a top tier emergency vehicle lighting manufacturer:

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll start doing some research into those modules.
