took me 3 years to put on 100,000km more since this post, ill be back when i hit 300,000km.

truck still runs great did the plugs at 130k km
getting 11-12L/100km currently

no catch cans
no holes drilled
4x4 and tow often

2011 Lariat 4x4 3.5 ecoboost with 226,000 miles and no problems yet. Regular maintenance, Mobil one, etc. I plan to replace with a 2019 or 2020.
