How do you TURN OFF reads 'Press OK for km/h'
On a 2015 Ford F-150 - With digital MPH displayed on dash panel, underneath it it reads "Press OK for km/h". How do you get rid of this on the dash display? I find it annoying considering I am not driving a foreign made truck - never owned one - that being said my first truck was a '93 Ranger Ext Cab second '02 F250 Crew and now '15 F150 Ext Cab. My grandpa was a Ford man and so is my Dad. Back to the question - It is an American Made Truck and don't ever intend to let a foreigner drive it! I would appreciate any help as to how to turn off or get rid of "Press OK for km/h" on digital display.

Thanks - I guess my point is - I am not sure why it is even on the display when you can set the language in the menu settings. After all, speed limit signs don’t display km/h. Maybe I will have to trade the truck or put a piece of duct tape on my dash. Annoys me to no end anything you buy has to be modified or you can’t modify easily because our government/engineers think they are smarter than you. Nobody needs to tell me coffee is hot. I have to where a seat belt or get a ticket but motorcycle riders don’t have to wear a helmet or seat belt. Sorry for the rant.

I-19 From Tucson, Arizona to Nogales, Mexico is the only roadway in America where the signs are in Km only. It was done as a test road during the push to adopt the metric system during the Carter administration.

If your '15 has the 5.0, congrats! You own a 'foreign made' truck

Wow..must be nice to have time to worry about something so petty and be so narrow minded.
I don’t like that my phone and computer have settings to make the text larger because I see it fine at the smaller level. I guess those that need to see the larger text should have to deal with how I like it hey?

I know several people who live in Michigan and work/shop in Canada and vice versa and it is nice to have the option of changing the layout when visiting the other side of the border. I guess they are considered foreigners because they use the feature, even though most are US citizens?
