I can respect the work put into a rat rod much more than a truck they pulled the stock block out of and did a bunch of cookie cutter half *** mods on. A rat rod is a display of mechanical and fabrication ability, that doesn't need flashy paint to draw attention if done right. A pickup dragging ***, and shining HID's in people's faces just screams douche to me.

My main problem is towing. Im sure a squatted truck can still pull, but i know it takes away from full towing capacity because eventually the rear end would bottom out even if the truck can pull it easily. Plus itll make your truck look like a bitch if its towing so much as a lawnmower or something.

The only squat that looks good is the one from a trophy truck or pre runner with properly set up sag for blasting over rough terrain.
This crap just looks dumb and serves no real purpose. If you want bigger tires just sawzall the wheel wells!

I'm sure other drivers really appreciate the headlights (and fog lights for that matter) right in their eyes too 
especially "squatters" (ha guess they sit when they pee??) running HIDs in both!
