How bad do your mud tires ride?
There are some that think big mud tires ride bad, heres proof mine run like my stock tires. Note that I'm doing 65-70mph.

Here's a pic of my summer tires that I'm running in the video.

Mine are quieter, or my cab is quieter. I'm running 33x12.5 Yokohama Geolandar G003 MT's. No issues even at 90 of a shaky ride. Are they stiffer over bumps than a passenger tire? Duh. Unbearable? Definitely not. I'll post a video later.

That hum would drive me nuts though on a long ride.......

Dude, your truck is shaking like a paint mixer and that hummmmmmm sounds like the 1980s Super Swampers. Lol. Not a very good video to prove how nice your tires are.
Nice choice of tunes though...and I'm shocked to see your MPGs on those 37s. Did you just reset it or is that after a long trip?

I always had 2 sets of tires when I ran mud tires. Tire companies have come a very long way in making them ride better on the highway, and making them quieter. But they still don't last as long with highway use. I always had a set of MT and a street set.
My AT's are way quieter. With the stereo at normal levels, I don't even hear them.

I have found the ride no better or worse than a comparable load tire.
As for the noise, my last set was Mickey Thompson Baja M/T and they were super load. So bad in fact that my dad passed me on the highway, going opposite directions, on his Harley with open pipes and called me later to tell me how loud my tires were when we passed each other lol. I hated those tires with a passion and there performance was not much better.

I love the hum, it's soothing to me. Lol
If that's shaking like a paint mixer I'm curious about what you'd say about the Tundra I drove the other day between two car lots. Lol. The salesman told me to pick what we went to the other lot in (helping a buddy get a used car). So I picked a leveled tundra with 33x12.5 MT's. Man, that thing shook so bad on the road. I think it had black bear mt's or something cheap like that. It'd be a nightmare on the road. Lol

WXman,
I think you either have parkinson's disease or you need glasses.
What tareed94 said too, yup love the hum! They are a 10 ply tire, so yes a little stiffer than your average tire.

tuflehundon,
Yup I have the MT's for summer and a set of Yokohama Geolandar A/T's for winter, there a lot narrower for the snow, but still 35" tall.
