Homemade rain drip guard for bed cover
This has been holding up for quite a while now, I meant to share earlier... I used extreme weather duct tape (looks like black vinyl) and taped front and back of bed cover seal to keep rain from running in when bed is closed. I attached velcro so it stays back long enough for me to shut the bed, then it hangs over top and keeps rain from entering...

If I had to do that to my tonneau cover, it would be getting returned.

I wonder if you don't have it mounted to far forward.
My seal at the cab sits tight, and so does the tailgate. If I can remember to take a pic tomorrow, I will. |
I found these pics, can kind of see how far back it sits. I'll get better tomorrow.

i have it adjusted as far back towards tailgate as it allows and i still have a gap between tailgate and rubber seal. the seal curves down and slightly inward, leaving a gap just big enough for rain to keep pouring in.

The cover just simply isn't long enough for the bed.
