I edited my post with pictures of the truck. Looks like new on the inside too but did not post pics of the inside. I dont have the maintenance records they gave them to the dealership. Ill have to call them but I dont know if they would give them up since the previous owners information would be on it and they are bound by law to not give previous owner information.
If there was another way I would get them. The car fax was clean and showed just regular maintenance on it.

Paint looks good and so do the plastics/rubber. You can always tell if someone took care of the vehicle if the black trim and rubbers aren't rotted or faded to hell.

Thing that kinda amazes me is that there was never a break assist vacuum pump put on it (replaced). I know because is is just now going out and I called ford about the recall on it but the recall only covers up to 150,000 miles. I have a new one coming tomorrow and I will put it on.

Friend in Texas has 200K on a 3.5 King Ranch
Have a friend in Longview Texas, he was always a Chevy guy, went down to visit him and there in his driveway was a steel body King Ranch F150 with a 3.5 ecoboost and over 200K on her. We are talking Texas and this guy as a full time hay farmer works the heck out of his truck in Texas heat. I asked him if he had replaced the Turbos so far, he looked at me like are you crazy and said no. He said that the 3.5 ecoboost was absolutely the best truck engine he’d ever had, plenty of grunt to pull and so smooth on the highway. As a owner of a 2.7 ecoboost F150 the more owners I talk to with this engine, the more I’m convinced this is going to be a great engine. I’m not knocking the 5.0 coyote or anyone else less V8’s, I’m just saying I love mine, very fast, very smooth, very quiet and I’m seeing 20.4 mpg constantly in the mountains of southern WV, Pulls a 5,000 pound horse trailer with no problem. Wife loves the comfort and plenty of room for the grandkids. The 2.7 is amazing and I understand why no one is buying cars anymore, give me a full size truck with good economy and 4wd. My wife’s Honda CRV gets roughly 22.5 mpg, great car, but limitations of a small SUV.

I have 280k on my 2012 all my miles. Oil change every 6000k. I have a KN filter. I did replace the cats and had the Trans reflashec for a recall in 16', best truck I've ever owned.

I have a 2011 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost with timing chain failure issues
This is getting to be a big problem for Ford with the years going by and customers getting 80 to 90K on their trucks. We do regular maintenance with Mobil 1 and Motocraft filters.
I had this issue since 83K brought back to dealership they flashed computer the first time. Then back at 86K the second time and was told:
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON - SEE ATTACHED NOTE
TEST FOR CODES, P0016:00-EC PCM CRANKSHAFT
POSITION CORRELATION BANK 1 SENSOR A
P0172:00-68 PCM SYSTEM TOO RICH BANK 1
CHECK FOR TSB - REFER TO 15-0044
PRIMARY TIMING CHAIN WEAR
FORD WILL NOT HELP TOWARDS REPAIR.
Now at 96k I cannot even drive it. It runs so ruff I am afraid it will blow up. I have written several letters to Ford and this is the latest response received today.

Unable is correct. If they were repairing a bunch of out of warranty trucks, they would be unable to remain in business once the money ran out.

I have a 2018 f150 sport 60.000km
Hi,
I have a 2016 3.5 ecoboost and wondering how well the engine will hold up long term.
My 2008 5.7 hemi ram has a little over 200k miles on it and I've never had any problems with it. Never seen a check engine light and it will still smoke the tires off.
Anyone know if I can expect the same from the 3.5 ecoboost?
