Default HID Help

I recently got a new set of retrofitted headlights from SickHIDs. I hooked everything up the other day and when I turn on my HIDs, the left bulb flickers like the flame of a candle. It never goes out, just flickers constantly. Per Brian's(owner of SickHIDs) instructions, I swapped the ballasts and double-checked all of my connections and no difference. I have solid ground connections at both ends of the wiring harness as well. Anybody else ever experience this with HIDs? Could I have a bad bulb?

Do you have a capacitor hooked up in series with the relay? your most likely getting undervoltage on it

I do not. Capacitors were not included with the build. Brian said I wouldn't need them and that I probably have a bad bulb. I wanted to try the capacitor first before removing the bulb and sending it back. Is there a specific capacitor I need? Where's the best place to get them? Lastly, would I hook a capacitor to each headlamp or just the one with the flicker?

Switch the bulbs first. If the good bulb works in the other light it's a bad bulb. If not go from there.

Double check and make sure no corrosion in any of the connections.

Will do. Unfortunately I've run into yet another snag. My passenger side headlight is fogging up now. Haven't even had these damn lights one week...
