Default help getting a 4 inch lift 04 f150 2wd

Alrighty guys this is my first post so bare with me. I have an 04 ford f150 2wd lariat with 2.5 pro comp leveling kit. I have a set of 20x12 with 33 that I would like to slap on But I would like to get a 4 inch lift kit first. I've researched and researched and just can't seem to find any company that makes a 4 inch lift for the 2wd just for 4x4. My question is how can I get a 4 inch lift on a 2wd 04 f150. Could I use a 4x4 lift? Would they fit? If not could I just use a 4 inch spindle and longer strut? Could I buy the bilstein 5100 series and throw them on with a leveling kit to get the 4 inches? Would that change the alignment over stress the truck? I want to lift it but don't want to give up ride quality and want to do it right the first time so I'm not replacing broken parts later. Im not much of a mechanic or know much about it all but am a huge car enthusiasts I am on some of a budget and would like to keep it within 1200 or so. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!

Because they like the lift and/or want more ground clearance... Or any number of other reasons. Just because he doesn't have a 4x4 like some of us doesn't mean he can't have a lifted truck if he wants one... And a 4" lift isn't a big lift. It's a very small lift, actually

4 inch lift isn't really a "big" lift and last time I checked I do believe it is my truck I'm trying to lift. I like the height look and also have some rims I wsnt to throw on without having the excess rubbing and I'm not trying to cut any of the truck to throw them on.
