i want to put in some accessories to my truck dont know what brands to use or what to put in for my hp and mpg. dont want to spend a fortune but am willing to pay to get good equipment. help plz?????????

The most common upgrades are probably cold air intake, throttle body spacer, exhaust, and a programmer. As far as brands everyone has their favorite you are just going to have to do research.

Don't waste your money on the thorttle body spacer. SCT is the best tuner for Fords, I like K&N CAI and Magnaflow exhaust.
