Height difference between 2wd and 4wd trucks up front?

Will a coil over for a 4wd fit a 2wd?
I have a guy locally selling an upgraded set of coil overs for the front and rear of his 4wd truck. (Fox 2.0's) He had a 2010, and mines an 08, but I know the struts and shocks are the same for those years. At least when comparing a 2wd to a 2wd, or 4wd vs 4wd.
So my question is on the height difference between the 2wd's and the 4wd's in stock configuration. He had his set at 1" of level, and I thought I saw somewhere the the 4wd trucks are 1 1/2" taller in the front than a 2wd. So if that's correct, I would get 2 1/2"s of level with his coilovers, which would be good to go for me. (my truck is 2wd)
The rear shocks he has are for 2"s of lift, but he is also including the 2" blocks and hardware.
He's selling the whole set up for $200 + my set up, so he can go back to stock to trade his truck in. Just the front 2.0's are around a grand for my truck. I know the guy, and he put this stuff on around 15K miles ago, and he babies his truck.

Pretty sure a 4wd is about 2" higher than 2wd. Stock.
