Which truck comes with a taller tire and ride height Ford or Dodge?

You didn't specify a particular model(although assuming you're talking 1/2 tons), or even 2 or 4wd.
Overall it would be the Raptor. It sits up to 78.5" tall, whereas the tallest Ram 1500(4wd) sits about an inch lower
As far as which one comes with the tallest tires, again, it's the Raptor.
315/70/17, which equates to 35" tall.
If you want info on a specific truck, you need to let us know which one it is, and if you're talking reg cab, ex-cab, crew cab, 2 or 4wd, long, short, or med-size bed etc.

I’m sorry I should have specified. 1/2 ton supercab with the 6 1/2’ bed with the 5.0 bed, trailer towing package would like the maximum towing package but I noticed you can’t get that with the 5.0 engine. I looked at the Raptor online and saw that only comes with the eco boost and a 51/2’ bed. I need a 61/2’bed.

I like my 6 1/2 ft bed. I wouldn't have 5 1/2 and under only certain conditions would I have a 8 ft bed.
Don't be concerned about having the max towing capacity f150. These will pull about anything anyway. If my 2004 4.6 can pull 16k lbs you shouldn't have a problem pulling more with a 5.0 or 3.5 Ecoboost. You might say I'm way over my towing capacity but I'm not the only one around here that does it

OP, since you are concerned about height, towing capacity, and seem to want a V8....why not start higher and stronger with an HD unit?
The Superduty comes taller and can tow more straight from the factory. Plus, it has a 6.75' bed and you get a bigger gas engine. They are supersizing the SD engine from 6.2L to 7.3L this year for the 2020 models, and it'll be hooked to a 10-speed tranny (per TFL)!
Then, put whatever tires on it that you want. If off-road performance is a consideration and you want the longer bed and a high truck...Ram Powerwagon.
Why mess with 1/2-tons when it sounds like you want something really stout?

The Raptors are set up for extreme off road driving, they are not good tow vehicles.

If you're getting a supercab then 6.5' beds are standard. With the Supercrew most have 5.5' beds, but a longer wheelbase 6.5' bed is an option. But that is getting pretty long to maneuver off road. I've never found anything I could put in a 6.5' bed that I couldn't make fit in a 5.5' bed. With the tailgate down my 5.5' bed is 3" shy of 8'. If I can't fit something in 8' I need a longer trailer. The only advantage of the 6.5' bed is for pulling 5th wheel or gooseneck trailers. Not enough room to make them work with 5.5' beds For off road driving they offer the Raptor with a supercab and 5'.5 bed. It is about the same wheelbase as a regular cab for off road driving and with a small back seat. I'd like to see that option on non-Raptor trim levels.

The 3.5 engine is the more powerful of the 2. But the 5.0 will do what most people need to do with a truck. It is a little less expensive and will probably be less expensive to maintain over time. Fuel mileage is about the same.

If you go to an F250 the 4X4's made since 2017 set up a lot higher. I really like the look. It is about the same look that most guys are getting with F150' after a moderate lift, but it is factory. The supercab and supercrew cab are all 6.5' beds, with 8' beds as an option. If you shop carefully an F250 with the 6.2 gas engine isn't much, if any more expensive than most F150's. But the 6.2 gas engines suck gas. Around 13 ish hwy seems to be the norm with single digits in city driving.

An F250 with diesel engine is a $9000 upgrade. Newer diesel engines have become high maintenance with the need to add DEF. Oil changes are in 3 digit figures and diesel fuel is more expensive than gas. They are about 800 lbs heavier than the gas engine which cuts into payload. But they will get 19-20 mpg hwy, and 15ish city. They are rated to tow 15,000 lbs or more depending on how you equip them.
