Default Heated Mirrors ??

Now that winter is approaching. I'm thinking that heated mirrors would be a great thing to have. My truck is a XL(all I could afford) and I was wondering if anyone here has ever added them to their truck or has them currently ?
Any idea the dealer cost of install or can they be installed at all ??

Easy to do and it should be plug and play. Remove door panel. Remove 3 bolts on mirror. Find a cheaper set of take offs or go to Tasca.

Tasca is a Ford dealer that sells online. Search Tasca Ford Parts.

I bought mine off e-Bay. I originally bought the passenger side one because my shell was cracked. I paid $80 for it and it was heated and had the puddle light while my driver side didn't have either. My wife liked the puddle light and I liked the heated feature so I decided to do the driver side as well. It took me a few weeks to find a drivers mirror for under $100 dollars but I finally found one for $75.99 and free shipping. It has the puddle light, is heated, power tilting glass, turn signal and the rear reflector. I'm going to mod it and put a led on the rear so the turn signal is on both sides. They are super easy to put on, I just googled F150 mirror install and watched a video on how to remove the door panel. There are some very small screws and the inside door pull has a small screw behind it as well.

I have a 2015 XL group 101 A. I added the heated mirrors with turn signal a few months ago. I made sure to get one with 8 pin connector as its plug and play for the turn signals. Got the mirrors from ebay 230 shipped for both. As for the heated part since I am in Colorado I wanted that feature as well. To operate the heated mirrors they tied to the rear defrost button on the radio bezel. I waited a long time until they price for one was reasonable and picked one up for 50 bucks. I have seen on average around 100. overall it works and I am glad I upgraded as I depend on the mirrors a lot.
