Heat from floor and side defrost when only floor selected
Hello, I bought a 2018 Supercrew XLT this February. My first truck, and I have been loving it. Recently though I have noticed an issue, when I only have the floor heaters on, the side window defrosters are on as well, and actually putting out more heat. It leads to my feet freezing with the rest of the truck an oven. I drive around with the windows down and floor heaters on full blast. I have asked the dealership… lets just say they were less then helpful.
Any suggestions on how to fix this, or is this actually how it is supposed to work?
