Default Data Link Fuse

The heater fan would keep running after truck shut off and keys pulled. Also had a clicking sound from dash, like relays going off and on. I spent hours troubleshooting. checked all relevant fuses, relays. Disconnected battery to see if something needed to be reset like a computer and to save it. Then reconnected after about 20 minutes. Lights still on. So I just went through all fuses, one at a time... until lights went off. Sure enough, the 5 amp Data Link fuse. Lights went off, clicking noise stopped. everything else works fine.
Yes, but what fuse number is the data link fuse? Can't find it on any diagram.

Data Link Fuse is # 12 under dash.
Sold my truck.
The problem returned every time it got wet outside.
Disconnected the daytime running lights.
Headlight problem went away, I think. Don't know if headlights came on when I was in bed Woke up to find dead battery some days. Installed a cut out switch at battery and would disconnect at night.
After getting a new windshield for a month or so, no issues. Problem went away.
All of a sudden my power windows just quit working, both sides. Spent hours, days troubleshooting, nothing wrong with window motors or switches. Tried bypassing, nothing worked. Searched this F150 forum and searched. Did this and that. nothing.
So went and bought a new truck.
Thought about this for a while. Read a lot on this web site. My thoughts: do not run any wires under the windshield rubber seal, like the sat radio wire, or CB antenna cable. when it rains water seeps in and down into the dash, onto the fuse box and GEM module. Shorts it out, rust starts and then it is toast. I think that was my problem.
