Has anybody used bed liner to cover chrome bumpers?
Am in the process of blacking my truck out and was wondeing if anyone has used bedliner to cover chrome bumpers? Would chrome need to be stripped off? What prep work needs to be done? I have u-pol raptor lining and was just going to use that. Need Advice! Thanks!

Not sure but I can't see it being an issue. Bedliner goes onto paint so I cant see how chrome would have any issue.

Why the hell would you intentional make your truck look cheaper by blacking out the chrome?
It's like buying a Rolex, them replacing the titanium band with a $10 black plastic Seiko band. It makes no sense. |
Some people just don't like chrome man. Sorry to burst your bubble. I know for me my rear bumper is starting to get a couple rust spots and I have to wire brush it off and then coat it in something and Im sure as hell not gonna pay to have it re-chromed especially since I hate chrome as is...

Sorry chrome just isn't my thing

Chrome is horrible!

I personally love chrome. But i understand the other side of the spectrum too.

I think it kind of depends what color your truck is too. Black and chrome looks good. White and chrome looks good. I cant stand red and chrome like I have tho
