Default Hard start, out of stuff to replace

2002 F150 4.2 V6 with 149k mi.
Starts good in the morning. After warmed up, i
have to crank for a few seconds, turn off and crank
for about 3 seconds before it hesitantly starts.
Also, there's a fuel smell i think due to slight
flooding from cranking, not sure. However, if
starting within 5-6 minutes of shutoff, it starts fine.
Anything longer though, up to even 4 or 5 hours of
sitting it has trouble. Replaced starter, fuel pump,
filter, pressure regulator, 3 suspect injectors, plugs,
wires, coil pack, crank position sensor, throttle
sensor, cleaned MAF and throttle body, and ran
premium with sea foam of course. No codes.Thinking theft system? Running out if ideas and truck runs great. Thanks for any advice.
