Sorry that happened, had large hail here yesterday in Dallas TX ruined a lot of roofs and vehicles. Still better than a twister and your all safe.

Those pictures are literally what keeps me up at night LOL!

i cringe thinking about a hail storm and no garage to hide. The sound and seeing that happening to your car would be awful to watch!

Sorry to see OP... storms moving through here tonight, they're saying big hail likely... I don't have anywhere to park mine inside so I have a feeling I'll be in your situation soon

when we had hail in NJ...not as large as yours...we put towels on the roofs...If i lived out by you id invest in some memory foam bed toppers and literally tie them to the top ...glad you are all safe!!

A good and experienced PDR specialist can properly repair aluminum body panels, they don't necessarily have to be replaced. It of course costs more, mostly because aluminum doesn't have a "memory" like sheet metal but there are plenty of good PDR specialists out there that do aluminum. I'm sure being in a very urban area, you will find one.

Yes, I live near Argyle/Flower Mound. I just noticed my profile isn't updated.

Confirmed. Just watched quarter size hail hitting the ground and busting on impact. Haven't seen it but I'm sure I have dents now lol. I joined your club OP, sucks...

Absolutely, my hood is aluminum and it looked like it had golf ball skin, smooth as glass thanks to the experienced PDR tech that worked on it.
