Default Grinding/vibration

I have a 2013 4x4 f150. 116000 miles. It makes a grinding noise every full rotation on both rear tires. I thought it was my brakes. changed everything, new rotors, pads, emergency brakes and springs. That didnt do anything. When i slow down pressing the brakes i get a vibration and it shakes the truck like my brakes are bad. It like lunges a small amount and makes the grinding noise. Ive tried engaging 4 wheel drive. I have disengaged that traction control. My rims dont look bent. The rear end seems ok. i have not taken it apart. i just have jacked up the truck and rotated the tires feeling for play. Wondering if its a axle bearing? or Bent axle? I would think i would be shaking all the time even more at faster speeds. But i dont. I only get the vibration and small lunges when i brake. The grinding seems to be all the time from what i can hear. Could it be my emergency brake cable?? not releasing all the way??

It can be difficult to identify where a noise is located on a vehicle as the noises travel throughout the chassis from front to back from my experience from working on vehicles. I would check the diff POS traction for the problem, gear oil additive, oil level, and clutches etc. I would also check the 4 wheel drive system at the front hubs to be certain both axles are disengaging and then the front rotors for being warped.
