In person, the only comments I've had have been positive.
When I bought it, I posted a picture of my new truck on my vintage Pontiac forum and got comments that ranged from very positive to brutally negative. I treated each the same and made no comments back. What difference does it make and honestly, the brutally negative stuff makes the writer look a bit foolish.

Nice straw man argument. I contribute to the thread topic, you attack me without contributing to the topic, and now I'm the one looking for trouble? Lmao. Good one. Maybe you and bigred90GT should relax and stop trying to be the "thought police". It's pathetic. If we want to post Ford hater rebutalls we can, it doesn't mean we're terrible people like you and your limited mind want to believe. If you don't like this, stay out of the thread, it's that simple.
I doubt you comprehend just how many rabid chevy fanboys there are in my area and how rude they are. I have stories for days, and they all start with me minding my own business. Its the GM fanboys here who are punks, not me, I never instigate, never retaliate, and it's funny because it's pretty unanimous across the internet that GM fanboys are the worst and most belligerent out of all car enthusiasts. But hey, go on believing whatever fairy tale you want about me.

Myself and others contributed by telling the OP to not even entertain these types of people. You had some lines yourself sure....but then you also dismissed what myself and others said. You started this remember? Of course, that post has now conveniently disappeared or has been edited out by yourself or mods.

You're just obviously easily agitated and are trying to tell us all that Chevy owners will crap on our newspapers and sleep with our wives. And you look for every chance to get on your soapbox and do it, which is why I mentioned it.

I will say that the area I live in is filled with the quintessential; jacked up Chevy, tail gate partying, beer chugging, bro-country music blaring (sometimes rap), loud, obnoxious, rebel flag flying, straight-piped with holes drilled in it, stereotypical *******s who will swear that their worn out 96 Silverado on 37's with a strange whine coming from it could wear out anything Ford produces (new and old).
I laugh at them though.

What part of If you don't like this, stay out of the thread don't you understand? It's obvious that you're easily agitated and if you weren't, you would have never participated in this thread. No you didn't contribute, as you clearly didnt acknowledge the thread title. Now go be a square somewhere else.

I'd swear you live up by me! Same thing, I tend to pay them no attention even when they start on me.
Now the guys with the nice trucks, are a different story. Many times I've been getting fuel, or just entering/exiting somewhere, and someone, doesn't matter what they're driving, will strike up a conversation. Sort of like one car guy to another.
I have noticed, and referring to Scorge's comment, those types are usually the ones tailgating me at 60+ in a 55, then come roaring around me, blowing their evil smelling, smoking exhaust all over. The guys with the nice trucks normally don't do that.

Lol, I kid you not, the only vehicle I've ever seen doing 105-110 mph in person on a public road was a jacked up mid-2000's Tahoe on like 38" tires a giant exhaust tip and no speed limiter. I think he did it because my truck made him butthurt. It was on I-5 which is crazy because how how many patrol cars hang out on I-5. He was cruising along doing 85-90 in a 65, saw me up ahead, my truck made him butthurt like it does to many chev fans, so he punched it to get ahead of me. I didn't want to let him, so i went from 70 to hitting my 100mph limiter. He passes me when I'm still hanging out right under my limiter. 20 seconds later, he's 100ft in front of me. At that point I went back down to 70 because I had been seeing patrol cars every 5 minutes. I know those big honkin tires weren't rated for 110mph. Hilarious that chevtards are willing to risk their lives trucks and a ticket just to show me how much they hate Fords. (Fiercely Obliterating Recalled Duramaxes).

He's the "chevtard" willing to risk lives, truck and ticket for doing 110, but you are totally sane not willing to risk any of it hitting your 100moh speed limiter. Your "logic" escapes me.

Dude, seriously, just give it up already. You're a hothead, and you really need to grow up before something bad happens.

If talking trash back "earns respect and friends", you're seeking friendship with the wrong crowd and it will only end up biting you in the long run.

And you never answered earlier, but how old are you?

Why are you still posting here? Want your blood pressure to go back down? It's very simple. Get out of here and stop reading my posts. It's bad for your health.

I'm far from a hothead. There's this thing called venting that has been around since the beginning of time that's very effective at preventing hotheadedness, that's why they call it venting. You should try it sometime. Either that or go join the countless other forums where trash talk occurs, as well as the "I hate Fords" and "chevy sucks" Facebook fan pages (yes those do exist and I had nothing to do with their creation) and go moderate/lecture them about how immature they are and how "superior" you are for not engaging in smack talk and/or or simple venting about d-bags out in the world. Why stop at this forum and single me out? You should stay transparent with your tendencies and go rip into everyone else too. You've got alot of message boards to sign up on and alot of folks to chew out buddy, get to work.
