Is this a good enough deal to pass up a 2018 f150?

Pretty much as the title says. Should I buy a 2017 f150 XLT crew cab 5.0 for 38k or wait for the 2018. The 2017 XLT is 51,200 or so msrp. It has the 3.55 axle, extended fuel tank, voice activated Nav, 302a package, 20 inch wheels, etc. . It's pretty loaded. I know the 2018 5.0 will be port injected, have more torque and hp, have 10 speed, have new exterior looks, and have a better sound system. Is the price on this 2017 too good to pass up? Also that is 38k before tax, title, and what not. I can also get 0% interest for 60 months. Thanks in advance.

"$51,200 or so msrp"
"38k before tax, title and what not"
"get 0% interest for 60 months"
Many, many posts on this forum for people to review about finding out the INVOICE of a truck you are considering, then subtracting REBATES and possibly HOLDBACK. Taking 0% actually gives up rebates.

You aren't going to get the truck for 38k and 0% interest. They don't discount that heavily without giving interest on the loan.
They may discount a bit with the 0% but not that heavily.
As far as the should you wait question, that's really up to you. If you're willing to wait until this time next year I'm sure you'll be able to get the same deal on a 18 but then you'll have to make sure there isn't something you want on a 19. It's something you'll almost certainly have to get over if you want to buy a new truck. Especially these days when they do something to improve almost every model year.

I did a lot of research recently and can tell you I'd jump on that deal faster than fly on ****. Invoice-all rebates including the $1250 finance incentive-holdback = more than $38K. The A plan invoice for something like that would be 45-46K.
