I had to trim mine, but my bar mounts on the side unlike some others in this thread so I can't speak for those.

If you get the bar with the mounts on tracks like mine then no you do not need to cut them.

the 10 watt leds are nice touch


painted the bolts flat black since the photo... it has seen lots of fog and ice this winter and still dry inside *crosses fingers*

They're spyder. the stock bulb that comes with them sucks, but I now have 5K HID's in the lows and its a world difference. I definitely won't buy another set without ordering HIDs from the get go.

Does anyone have reports of bargin led light bars or pods after 1 year or more of use of how there holding up?

So far 1 year on some $99 d2 style pods as good as new for me.
