Remember this is my first Ford.
Has this issue with the four wheel drive, occurred on All Ford's in years past?
It has occurred on the 12th gen, and on at least a couple 13th.
As an aside, I had a '97 F250HD, with the auto hubs, in the first 9 mnoths I had it, the hubs were replaced twice. On my next 2 Superdudes, I made sure I had manual hubs. Never a problem then.

Should have answered earlier, but one of my logger buddies showed up to help me out with some trees.
LOL, I've been waiting for you to chirp in. No big deal once I understood how these things work, fixed what my dealer couldn't because they couldn't replicate the problem, I understand their viewpointe.
What do you know about this Gen II Egoboost, at far as the vacuum pump goes? It's my understanding they no longer are using that electric pump. Likely a good thing the way things are packed into this thing, damn, you sure have more room in there with the Coyote!!!

That maybe but, the SM took the check valve off of a 2017 and put it on mine. Then turned around and put mine on the 2017. Could be that they just changed the part number.

No, mine has always been in Michigan. Even now, it's never been out of the lower peninsula. I hear the Soo Ontario calling me though!!!

This is it on Amazon.https://smile.amazon.com/Motorcraft-...r=9ECP7JS4AGRN

That works on a 2017, earlier models are different. What year do you have? I could still try to find a number for you.
So I'm having this exact same issue. The link says that it doesn't fit a 2017. Are you sure this is the correct part for a 2017? My dealer is 65 miles one way, so I want to try to fix this myself.
