Go to the Ford Fleet web site and get a PDF of your owners manual and entertainment manual for the programming procedures. The Ford customer website for this wasn't working on Saturday. There's a virus banner up on the page that prevented getting past it to what's underneath it. With my computer anyway.
Of course considering the radio has made the first move you could always pick up some flowers and wine and make that call.
