Default Fuel pressure jumps up occasionaly, throwin P1093 code!

Hi guys, its 2006 5.4 and having trouble with fuel rail pressure sensor high input code.
Replaced FRPS, now put back original FPDM on(one i replaced is Dorman)...still not success...
truck runs ok, starts fine, fuel pressure on screen (torque app) is MOST of the time within 38psi range, but occasionaly jumps to 70psi which triggers code...
When starting its almost always on 70psi for few seconds...than down to 38psi...have moments when jumped to 70 whils driving and comes back to 38 in seconds, but today it was stucked at 70for about 3minutes until i shut it down. When at 70 fuel maps were negative a bit, but truck still ran good...

Any ideas where to look for short in electric?

Default

When on operating temperature, fuel pressure shows 70ish when ignition on and on every restart, then drop to 37ish in second...
On cold start shows 37ish...
