Front leaf blocks
 

i got a f-100 with a full out f-250 suspension under it and it has lift blocks under the front leaf springs... is that safe?
well the guy who did it all has like 4 1.5" blocks on the front and it looks kinda dangrous how safe is that?

I don't think I've ever seen a vehicle with lift blocks on the front. It doesn't sound very safe. All lift kits I've seen (for front leaf springs) have lift leaf springs for the front and blocks or leaves for the rear, never seen a lift kit offer blocks for the front leaves.

Doesn't sound safe to me either. If you were going to block lift it, you should only use 1 block with the amount of lift you were after, not 4 small blocks. Too much chance for them to come apart.

Don't drive the truck like that. It's not safe OR legal. As the previous post said, front lifts in leaf sprung vehicles are done with either an ADD-A-Leaf, or a complete replacement front spring pack.

As far as multiple blocks, That's nuts. I would look around under that truck for other things the previous owner may have cobbed up. But seriously, what he did will make it handle unsafely, unpredictably, and it could come loose altogether during hard cornering, or when you least want it to. Imagine the leverage and stress against your front u-bolts and blocks as you try to do a panick-stop from 50 or 60 MPH. If you're lucky, (REALLY LUCKY) your axle will still be somewhere under the truck when you get stopped!
