Can I enable via Forscan HD Radio for a 2017 xlt non sony with 8 inch screen? Thanks. I just wasn't sure if it was built into the radio and not activated as it's only a xlt.

I am pretty sure you ACM (CD player/amplifier) needs to have HD radio on it for it to work. All the info you need is on a spreadsheet found in this info about forscan

Does anyone have the code for turning off the Fake Noise? I used the one in the spread sheet but it didn't work. I have Sync 3 in a 2017 F150 Lariat...... I believe I'm doing it correctly but the only thing that's happening using the code on the spread sheet is the subwoofer is turning off and on? Even with it off still get that lousy static sound through my speakers. It has the Sony setup if that matters???

Any help most appreciated........ This is the code I'm using...

It is the right module because it shows engine noise... enabled.

cthusker....that appears to be the correct change to disable fake engine sounds. It worked for me on 2018 F150 Raptor. So you feel comfortable with the FORScan programming? Or are you questioning whether you made the change properly? Just make double sure you are in the correct module location...and only change the location specified. Not that yours will necessarily be the same, but my As Built was this: 727-01-01 10A0 9200 0173 In this case I changed the 9200 to 9100. Write the change, cycle the ignition and you should be good.

Search back in this thread for the IDS entry and show it to your dealership service folks. If you have a good dealer, they will fix it and if it is a great dealership the change will be free.

Last night I added some features to my 2016 3.5 Eco F150 King Ranch 4x4 3.55 5.5ft bed SCREW.

-Bambi Mode
-Global Window Mode
-Disabled Double Honk
-Perpendicular Parking ---- On this one; If I just click through and don't use the parking assist features (so 3 button presses); it now activates my backup camera 2-3 seconds after the 3rd press.
-Increased turn signal flashes

I'm holding out hope that someone will unlock the 360 cameras at any speed.
