I just recently purchased a 1987 Ford F150 Supercab 2WD truck for my son. He and I are going to restore it. I have never owned a Ford truck before and am unfimiliar with the way the rear seat folds down. Actually, I figured out how to fold it down but now I can't figure out how to fold the seat part back around to the normal seat position. There is a heavy steel bar on each side of the seat that is engaged with a catch on the seat hardware that prevents the seat from rotating out of its inverted poition. Would someone please tell me how to get the seat back up?
