Question Ford trouble shooting

Hi, I own a 2010 f-150 v8 5.4 litre. I have just come across this issue with my truck. It seems I am getting a small leak of what appears to be oil right behind my passenger side front wheel. I am not sure what why it would be leaving from there. Any suggestions?

From that area, most likely a Valve cover gasket. However the A/C drain is in that area and can drip lots of condensation in that area as well. I would inspect the engine and see if there is wet/oily areas on it.
