Ford Pass App Features Not Working.
I have a 2023 Limited, which is located by the Ford Pass app..
My issue is that I can't do a Start / Auto Start / lock / Unlock with the app.
The app gives me all the other information about my truck but.

Has this always been the case, or did it just start to happen? Mine is working just fine....I literally use it several times a day, 6 days a week. The Fordpass app got updated three days ago and again today. Check the playstore/appstore to see if there is an update available for the app.

If that does not work, try an APIM reset. If you don't have FORscan, then turn truck on and wait for the touchscreen to fully boot up. Hold down the radio power button and forward seek button together until the screen reboots. Do this twice.
If that does not work, I would try a full master reset on your touchscreen. You will lose all saved data on your truck and you will have to re-pair your truck to your Fordpass account if you that. It's a PITA, but that is the only thing I can think of that may fix it.

I don’t know if you’ve resolved the issue, but I experienced the same without a fix. A lengthy call and 4 transfers within Ford revealed that if you have SVS Stolen Vehicle Services protection enabled, these features on FordPass will not work. I had a one year trial running, and cancelled the trial. As soon as it cancelled, these features were restored and operated normally.
Just wanted to pop up in case you were still experiencing trouble and this would fix it for you or anyone else.
