Whoa, didn't know that

That looks stupid as hell

That is one of the reasons I did buy the FORD SuperCab. I like the 180* opening. Before this I had a 2000 Silverado Extended cab, but the suicide doors only opened 90* and that would box me in all the time in parking lots. The new Chevy and Dodge (not the crew cab types) are nothing more than extended cab rear doors with the hinges reversed. Just seems those would be very tight for opening for passengers through a smaller opening. Where as the Ford suicide doors open to reveal a huge opening with the front doors open. I guess it's all a matter of each individual's preferences and uses.

I have a SCrew and would be even more happy with it if the back seat gave up 6" to the bed. A 6 foot bed would be so much better than 5.5 and the back seat in this thing is huge. It is great to haul 4 full sized people around, but usually it's just a kid or two and it feels like they are in a different zipcode back there.

My wife has a GMC scab and getting boxed in trying to get something out of the back seat is a real pain in the neck. Plus the back seat is just a bit too small to be comfortable for anybody over 5 foot. I prefer the scab my a mile.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned weight savings when loosing B pillars. I would think it's more than a few pounds lighter.
