Really? You do know how big Texas is right? You can't judge the whole state on one town. The only thing Abilene is good for is Sunsets.

I have never seen an XTR until this weekend. I was riding my bike around Odessa, Tx and saw a few. One I noticed had an XTR decal that had "All Terrain" under XTR. didnt notice where the plates were from.

I don't like northern Mexico. LMAO. Give me the red dirt of Oklahoma any day. Been to several places in TX. Just not my thing down there. I like open country, but I gotta have my trees and hills. Western TX just seems like a wasteland except for a month of green. Houston area wasn't bad.....but it's a "blurry weekend memory". Haha.

Several folks asked me about my Texas Edition emblem on the tailgate.
Easy to get used to...
Of course I had lots of chrome on my 2008 F-250 PSD.

Im not a big city fan (but i do live in San Antonio for work) Texas has a bit of everything besides mountains... if you like it green and humid (don't mind the green but could pass on the humidity) basically anything on the gulf cost or east and north of Waco fits the bill. I also don't mind being able to hunt hogs with nearly any rifle or shotgun I choose day or night and from the back of a truck or right next to a feeder (although i do think feeders take the sport out of it.) seriously though all those cities (using that term loosely) to the west and south south west are pretty desolate
