Default Ford ETIS site issues?

Has anyone else noticed the changes to the ETIS site where you can get build info?

Been shopping around for an Edge/Explorer for the wife and using ETIS to get option details, but when I tried tonight, the site looks different. When I put in the VIN, I can only see the first 2 or 3 options ("Minor Features"), and says "click here to expand". But it won't expand. Same result with PC (Chrome) and mobile (Safari). Anyone else experienced this?

Same issue on Chrome for me. They must be updating the site.

It's been that way for me with both Chrome and Safari for at least a few days (maybe a week?).

There is a Javascript error in the console, so I was hoping they'd get it fixed sooner than later, but I don't expect being able to expand the build options is at the top of Ford's priority list.

The full list is present (i.e. the HTML elements are there), they're just hidden, so you could probably make it visible with some Javascript, but I lost interest in poking around after finding that I couldn't easily disable a CSS rule to show them.

Its been fixed as of a couple weeks ago. You have to register then you can expand the list of options. Worked for me after I registered.

Yep, its free, so I figured why not. Helped my son when he was looking for the truck he just got.

Not free anymore... Available only to Repair Shops, and for a fee..

I went to register.. it states so in the disclaimer, and when you go to register it locks you into the business information screen.

Bummer!

I just logged in with my account. I had to update the password, but all the features still work.
