Ok, Here's the scoop.......
One screen tells you the purchase date, and estimated mileage (again, the last time you ran a vehicle health report, and it transmitted it via SYNC)....
The other screen STATES you have ESP, but does not detail the options or the plan you bought. This screen will appear ONLY, if you were trying to get a quote for an ESP. It will stop you with this message. but it does not automatically list ESP coverage anywhere else.

Well at least if someone want's to verify they have a Ford ESP is to go to that website I posted and try to apply for an ESP.
Then they WILL know they actually have it or not, then they can contact the dealer for particulars if they have an issue with their vehicle.

don't even need a copy of the contract really, a dealer can pull it up by you VIN #.
I agree though, the Ford Owner website should detail it along with the warranty information. Probably the programmer that designed that page doesn't even work for ford anymore, so it will probably remain unchanged.

I bought an ESP last year when I bought my truck, I bought it online from Flood Ford and I got the contract copy in the mail. I checked it before on the Ford owners site and it previously stated the "our records..." thing, but now it will let me choose all of the options and take it to the end. I don't get it, may have to call Ford.....
