Default Flood Ford warranty? Whose dealt with them??

When I got my last Prem Care warranty thru dealer, I never got any kind of card from Ford. I looked at this Flood Ford website and they were at $1785 vs $1995 at dealer for the same 7yr/100k warranty for my truck. How do you know you got the true FORD Premium Care warranty? Do you get a warranty card or something? For those who did the Flood Ford can you chime in.. I want to get this for my 14 truck. .

I bought mine from Flood Ford in May of 2012, they sent a copy of the contract in the mail and I saved the emails with the confirmation from them. It shows up on the service paperwork when I go to the dealer, and I checked with Ford's ESP department right after I got it, for peace of mind.
I think you can request a handbook from Ford that has the rules and coverages, but they are general guidelines on what is covered and not necessarily specific to your vehicle. Hope this helps.

My ESP is from Flood Ford and they emailed me a copy of the contract.

If you supply the Vin# I can run it thru Ford's database to confirm it for you.

TO, I bought from Flood, and like the others got a copy of the contract. I printed it out for my records. For my own piece of mind I checked to make sure it was in the system, and all was there. The process went smoothly.

Thanks everyone, they seem to have a better price by $200 so why not get it from them if it is the same Ford Premium Care warranty as dealer..They got enough of my money no need to give them more..

You could ask your dealer if he will match the price. You never know. Mine did for the Wifey's car, but wouldn't budge for my F-150. I'm battin' 500.

Hi gang,

I'm happy to confirm your Ford ESP coverage for you. Just send me a PM with your VIN and I'll verify it.

When I found out about the cheap extended factory warranties available (through this site, I think) I went down to my local Ford dealer to buy. I figured what the heck, for a few bucks extra I'd rather deal face-to-face.

Not only did they not have a good price, they pretended to know nothing of ESP and handed me a brochure for some highly expensive high-commission brand-x policy. Why bother with that? the internet guys price those factory ESP warranties for about $65 over cost and they won't try and jerk you around.
