lol i know what you mean about old stuff lol we aint been long got a new one the only good thing about our old one i that it is pumping sun of a gun lol if you can make there caue hardly every do you have brakes on it lol

i diagnosed my problem, i need to make a sloped air dam for the bottom front of my lightbar, any design ideas???

Some of your problem is the placement. the roof has just a little bit of a crown to it. if you adjust it to tilt forward a lil more then it will be a lot better. as for your deflector i'd get a piece of sheet metal ct and bend it to fit between the brackets and the roof and the bar basically a long rectangle shape

Yeah I think I'm going to fabricate something, maybe take a black bug deflector to somehow rig to the front of it, I have no sheet metal or any ways to fabricate anything to work, maybe a fab shop around? Ill get a vid for you guys on youtube tonight if u like
