What "factory code" are you looking for?
Your question is a little vague.

I was told there is a five digit code in order to use the keyless entry.

Keyless entry code! Ok, now someone can help. On the keyless entry module with be a sticker with the factory code. Problem is, is to find someone who really knows where the module is. Could be under or in back of the left rear seat. Best to let the more informed tell you of the location.

The Body Control Module is located behind the rear seat, on the rear wall, drivers side. Do a search on removing the rear seat, theres a few good threads on it. The code will be on a sticker on the BCM.

I think if you go to the dealer they can look it up for you. You just have to show proof of ownership so they know you aren't trying to break into someones truck. If they can make you a key just by looking at the VIN then they should be able to do this. The code is permanently assigned to the VIN.

That's what I did...just took it to the dealer, they hooked it up to there computer and wrote down the code for me. No Charge took 5 minutes.

Default Factory code

I did take it to my local dealer. I was told since 05 they no longer put the code on the vehicle. They will hook it up to the computer for $90.00. I called another dealer and was told $40.00. It sure beats taking out the back seat.
