Unhappy Tick noise when warm, shaking idle, bad mpg?

So I picked up a 2007 lariat screw cab with the 5.4 and I'm trying to silence this noise and remedy this shaking idle...

So far, these are the things I've done/replaced;
Spark plugs
Coil packs
Passenger side VCT solenoid (it sounds like this side, and even though I had no check engine light, my code reader pulled a p0010 code and I replaced the vct on pads side and the code went away.
Cleaned throttle body.
Sea foam in gas and sprayed into throttle body to clean injectors.
Had it checked throughly for exhaust leaks.
New 5w20 oil with quart of Lucas
Gunk motor flush
New new 5w30 oil with quart of Lucas.
I'm going to try and check for vacuum leaks tomorrow and probably try to pull the oil pressure sensor and plug in a manual gauge and check for oil pressure.

The thing runs so much better when it's cold, as it warms up the tick gets louder and I'm pretty sure the motor just shakes like a junkie with a cold all the time.

The noise goes away around 1200 rpm and is indecernabke, (apparently if it makes a noise when warm and goes away here it's considered normal vct operation noise. Everyone I talk to says the triton is just a noise bastard)
But the shaking, is what bothers me most.

Does this sound like vacuum leak? Changing the vct and all the plugs and all the cops haven't seemed to make even a dent in the way it runs.

It also has terrible gas mileage. Like averaging 10mpg city, highest I can get it to read average on highway is like 18-19. And the truck runs fine st speed, but it just seems to have zero ***. Coming from a 2000 Chevy 5.3 vortec, it feels like this truck is 4000 pounds. It down shifts and goes alright but it feels like a 4 or 6 cilinder.

Currently the truck is throwing zero codes.

Does this sound like oil pressure? vacuum? Timing chains? Phaser? Idk... I need help 😅

Your MPGs aren't too far off. It's only rated for 13 city/17 highway.

I guess I expected it to be closer to the 5.3 which I think gets something like 18/24. I did notice a bit of improvement from changing the cops in the mileage, I've never seen it jump up to 40 when going 30ish down a long gradual hill.

This is my first triton motor/ford and I'm used to lifter/injector noise but this seems to be something else. It doesn't exactly sound like phaser/chain noise and it doesn't make sense that the vct would still make noise when brand new unless it's the driver side one, but it totally sounds more like it's coming from the passenger side. And doesn't make any sense to me that it is basically none existent when the truck is cold. I though oil got thicker when it was warm? (Idk I read that somewhere on this forum)

oil defo not getting thicker but thiner when warm...
Mine 06 developed lean bank1, ticking when run on lpg only and last time smoke and knock when warmed up...hoping some vacuum hose disconnected and oil sucked into intake if possible...
let us know if you find out what is wrong with yrs

I've checked for vacuum leaks, couldn't fine a single one. I'm starting to think it's either vct solenoid operation noise, valve train, or just maybe a broken timing tensioner. I don't know. It sounds like it's coming from bank 1, not the front of the engine
