An F150 pro tip: your truck already has a fridge for the summer
The rear facing vents on flow through consoles make it possible to keep your lunches or drinks cold on hot days. If you find a decent hard shell lunch box of average height, you can sit it below those vents, and with the AC on it will keep things impressively cold. Just as cold as a fridge it seems to me.
My truck is my office so this is a major perk to me.I do also have a plug in cooler, but they are much larger, heavier and more of a pain to deal with.
If you prop it up to lean into the console, you can sit the lunchbox lid above the vents to improve the cooling.

Not sure how putting something in front of an AC vent is a Pro Tip. Seems more like common sense to me. Additionally the vent doesn't put out air anywhere close to that of a fridge.

Ok cool. Take it or leave it.
My AC blows cold and I'm picky about how cold my milk is, when I drink it on a 90 degree day it seems as cold as the milk in my fridge. Maybe my fridge is warm or maybe im imagining things.
I'll let myself out

There is a built in cooler in my flow thru-console...the huge storage area under the armrest gets cooled off from the a/c too. It might not keep milk good, but it certainly puts a slight chill in there. Feel the inside sides once the a/c has been running a while...
