F150 2010 Lights in Steering Wheel

The lights in my steering wheel no longer work. Could this just be a blown fuse? I am not sure what type of light is in there so could is also be a bad bulb or would it be like an LED strip?

Does the cruise still work? If not, it could be the clock spring.

The cruise control still works, all the buttons work its just the light that does not work anymore.
