Default Excuse my Ignorance - What is a screw?

I keep reading posts about people owning an F-150 screw. What are they talking about? (Mind you, I'm a 1st time female Ford truck owner with limited automotive knowledge - - - couldn't you guess?!). I'm thinking it may mean Super Crew. Enlighten me, please!

Super Crew => S Crew => screw. Your assumption would be correct.

^^ A "Super Crew" has four "full" doors. A Super Cab is usually a "third-door" meaning, it has two full doors, and one half door on either side, or both sides. Since the Super Cab doesn't have four full doors it is somewhat smaller in size.

Hey do not feel bad. When I first got my truck in 2010, I joined this forum and I thought "screw" meant supercharged. Well so many people have their trucks mentioned in their signatures and i would see screw everywhere. I was like damn, am i the only one that doesn't have a supercharger?

I though it was slang for the root style roush blower ford uses

Supercab: (no exterior door handles on rear suicide doors)

SuperCrew: about a foot more rear passenger space than the Scab
