Default EVAP Issues P1450

Hello,
I have a 2015 F150 Lariat, 3.0 Eco-boost.
I recently have been having an issue with refueling. It doesn't matter what level the fuel tank is at when I stop to fill up, the pump will only pump 1-3 gallons and click off as if the tank is full. Engine light came on and code (P1450)- "Unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum". I have replaced the EVAP charcoal canister as well as the Vapor Canister Purge Valve.
I cleared the check engine light and still can't fill up.

Any advice on fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Check the evap purge valve in the engine compartment, it's possible that the valve is stuck open.

When fueling up my truck, if I put the pump nozzle in too far it clicks off like that. I have to take the nozzle back out a bit and then it won't click off right away.
