Default Electronic Problems

Hi, I'm new to the forum and hope someone can shed some light on some problems I'm having with my 2010 F-150. I have the 4.6 V8. I bought it in Dec. of 2010. I have 20,000 mi. on it.
Twice last year the engine died while I was rolling down the road. I was able to shift into neutral and restart it before I caused a wreck, but it still scared me.
That is all it did last year, but since November, the battery went dead, the gas guage went out, the seat motor went out.
Last week I found the radio had changes it's settings on it's own, and while traveling on the hiway in Canada I got bells and an audible warning to check the brakes three times. The truck stalled each time this warning sounded.

I'm not sure if all these things are related, but there seems to be some kind of bug that is messing with things. The dealer says it can't find any short or reason for all these things going on. The only reason they found the seat motor, which stopped working, and the gas guage was because of some service bulletins.

I'm just wondering if this means a main computer is going bad? They said they updated the software, but it hasn't stopped doing weird things.

I love my truck, but if I can't trust it to get me where I'm going then I have a problem.

Thanks in advance,
Mike
