Thumbs up Electrical, door locking and drl issues UPDATE

Ok folks. The time has finally arrived and I can say I conquered it (for now).In my original post I said the following issues were happening to my vehicle.Ill try and bring up the old thread but i don't really know how. So bear with me. The mentioned issues were as follows.
So I purchased a 2007 f-150 4.6 V8 four days ago. I knew that it had some issues and I was/am ok with that. But its been a while since i worked on cars and need some assistance with this vehicle.
CURRENT LIST OF ISSUES::::::
----------When the car is turned off the front and rear lights stay on(told they turn of automatically after some time) it hasnt. started undoing battery.
-----------When car is turned off the radio stays on for X amount of time
----------The central locks/locking system does not work
----------The FOB does not work either
---------There is water that comes in to cab mostly centered around the dome light in middle
----------Water damage under drivers side carpet(NOT A PROBLEM BUT WANT TO FIND THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM)

Then today I have a buddy who has a specialized reading tool and this is what it came back with.
-----Powertrain Control Module FAULT 1
P1000-FF
-----Restraint Control Module FAULT 1
DTC:2292
-----Instrument Cluster FAULT 3
DTC:B1318-20(battery voltage level is too low)HOW I JUST BOUGHT NEW ONE LAST NIGHT!!!!
DTC:U1950-20(UBP COMMUNICATION BUS FAULT)
DTC:U2013-60(THE COMPASS MODULE IS NOT RESPONDING)
-----Vehicle Security Module FAULT 2
DTC:B1318(BATTERY VOLTAGE LEVEL IS TOO LOW)
DTC:B2872(TIRE PREASSURE SENSOR FAULT)......

After listing to everyone's opinion and and diving knee de that when you do have water in your cabin check everywhere. The one place nobody mentioned in all the suggestions is the "vents" behind the back seat. Luckily mine were not compromised but it was an option. SO i know i am probably screwing this up by posting More than once but I really wanted to THANK, TRULY THANK EVERYONE Wep into this i finally figured out the problem. The issue i was having(ALL OF THEM) were solved by merely replacing the " BSM" body security module located behind the passenger seat in the rear on the left side. I want to thank everyone who helped with their suggestions along the way as to what i should do. And i would also like to remind peopleHO LENT A HELPING WORD.....
